As a coach, I respect your souvereignity. I will not tell you what to do, or give unwanted advice. I believe that you have the ability to find your own answers. My role is to hold a safe exploration space and to ask powerful questions to guide you.
Safety always comes first
I will never push you to enter terrain that feels unsafe. Your exploration may stretch your boundaries and comfort zone, but fear and overwhelm are not invited.
