In our sessions, we work with body-based coaching to help you reconnect with your body, settle stress, and gain clarity about what is important to you. Together, we design process-based plans to enable you to create a professional and private life that feels more pleasurable, fulfilling and sustainable.

I’m a Certified Feminine Embodiment Coach and a Registered Nurse with a PhD in Nursing Science. My approach is practical, body-based, and shaped by lived experience inside academia.

Taster Session

Curious about feminine embodiment coaching, but not sure where to start? A Taster Session lets you experience the work in a simple, low-commitment way.

This session is for you if you:

  • have never tried embodiment coaching and want to see what it’s like;
  • feel unsure about your readiness for deeper work; or
  • want support to feel calmer and more grounded ahead of an upcoming event.

A Taster Session is a one-off, affordable session designed to help you explore whether this approach is a good fit—without a major time or financial commitment.

What’s included (45–60 minutes)

  • 30 minutes of coaching
  • 15–30 minutes for questions, reflections, and exploring what working together could look like

The Deep Exploration Journey

This offer is for women who feel stuck, stressed, or uncertain about their next steps. Through body-based coaching, you settle stress, strengthen boundaries, and clarify what you want—so you can make decisions that feel grounded, aligned. A Process-based goals plan* and steady follow-through support you in achieving real-life, sustainable changes. Sessions are paced to fit your life, with space to integrate between meetings.

*Process goals focus on what you do regularly (your actions and habits), rather than only on the end result or outcome. We keep the outcome in mind, but we work with the doable steps that get you there without pushing through yourself.

What we do together

  1. Clarifying your direction
    We begin by exploring your current situation and your desired destination.
  2. Releasing stress and tension
    You will experience and learn some methods that can help to release stress and tension your body is holding.
  3. Strengthen boundaries and nourish what matters
    We explore what drains you, what supports you, and what brings you joy—so you can protect your energy and make space for what you actually want.
  4. Find a path that feels right
    You will gain clarity about how to choose and walk the career and life path that feels realistic and true to you.

Along the way, you’ll develop tools to navigate stress and decision-making in a more embodied way—so you’re not relying on willpower and overthinking alone.

Flexible pacing, real support

This journey is designed to fit real life. Some people benefit from weekly sessions; others need more space to integrate and practise between sessions. We decide together what rhythm supports you best.

Investment

This is a tailored 1:1 coaching journey. Most clients choose 4 sessions over 4–8 weeks.
Investment: €90 per session (typical total €360).

The TISS Springboard Program

8 weeks to grounded focus, embodied clarity, and success on your terms

This programme is for you if you’re a woman who wants success—but feels unclear about what that means for you right now. You might feel:

  • pulled in too many directions, with too little energy for what matters;
  • stuck in overthinking, second-guessing, or decision fatigue;
  • constantly “on”, yet disconnected from yourself;
  • ready for a more embodied, sustainable way forward.

You’ll join a small group of like-minded women (max. 7 participants) in a supportive, structured container.

How does it work?

The TISS Springboard Program is an 8-week online programme designed to help you find focus, alignment, and energy, and to commit to goals that are meaningful for you.

You’ll receive:

  • weekly self-paced embodiment/movement recordings
  • guided exercises and worksheets
  • live group workshops on Google Meet
  • two individual coaching sessions (1:1) for personal support
  • a clear structure, with flexibility to adapt to participants’ needs

Week 1: Setting out — live group workshop (60 min)
Weeks 2–3: Supported self-paced exploration + recordings + worksheets + one 1:1 session
Week 4: Halfway stop — live group workshop
Weeks 5–6: Supported self-paced exploration + recordings + worksheets + one 1:1 session
Week 7: Rest week — integrate and practise
Week 8: Final workshop — “Where do we go from here?” (live)

Time: minimum 60–90 minutes per week, except the rest week.
